Upon payment to the department of a fee in the amount of one hundred dollars and the submission of a written application provided by the department, the department shall issue a home inspector license to any person who holds a valid license issued by another state with standards substantially equivalent to or exceeding the standards of this state, as determined by the department.(P.A. 99-254, S. 9, 18.)History: P.A. 99-254 effective July 1, 2000.
