§ 20.516

(a) The Department of Consumer Protection shall issue to each certified and provisionally licensed appraiser a certificate or provisional license, as the case may be, in such size and form as it determines, evidencing the real estate appraiser's status.(b) A fee of twenty-five dollars shall be paid to the commission for the issuance of a proof of certification or provisional licensing or a duplicate certification or provisional license.(P.A. 93-354, S. 41, 54; P.A. 94-36, S. 41, 42; P.A. 00-192, S. 67, 102; June 30 Sp.
