§ 21.75

The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54.(1972, P.A. 186, S. 12; June, 1972, P.A. 1, S. 4; P.A. 77-614, S. 208, 610; P.A. 78-303, S. 99, 136; P.A. 83-389, S. 4; June 30 Sp.
