The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall establish a Division of Consumer Education to provide free extension courses for the public in consumer economics and consumer finances to develop an awareness of deceptive sales practices and economically sound family budgeting.(1969, P.A. 566, S. 1; June 30 Sp.
