The Department of Consumer Protection, in collaboration with the Department of Aging and Disability Services, shall conduct a public awareness campaign, within available funding, to educate elderly consumers and caregivers on ways to resist aggressive marketing tactics and scams.(P.A. 13-250, S. 6; June Sp.
