No person shall, by himself, his servant or agent, sell or offer or expose for sale, or have in his possession with intent to sell, any print butter unless the package or wrapper containing the same has conspicuously printed thereon, in letters or figures not less than one-half inch in height, in plain Gothic type, the net weight of the butter contained therein.
