Each vending machine used in dispensing merchandise or performing service in this state and not included under the provisions of subsection (b) of section 12-289 or subsection (a) of section 21a-37 shall bear in a conspicuous manner the name and address of the owner or operator thereof, and a telephone number which may be called for service at any hour of the day.(1969, P.A. 70, S. 3.)History: Sec. 19-193m transferred to Sec. 21a-46 in 1983.
