§ 21a-86f

The Commissioner of Administrative Services shall distribute copies of the regulations adopted by the Commissioner of Consumer Protection pursuant to section 21a-86a to persons requesting a copy of the Connecticut supplement to the State Building Code adopted pursuant to section 29-252.(P.A. 89-303, S. 7, 9; June 30 Sp. Sess. P.A. 03-6, S. 146(c); P.A. 04-189, S. 1; P.A. 11-51, S. 90; P.A. 13-247, S. 200.)History: June 30 Sp. Sess. P.A. 03-6 replaced Commissioner of Consumer Protection with Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Protection, effective July 1, 2004; P.A. 04-189 repealed Sec. 146 of June 30 Sp. Sess. P.A. 03-6, thereby reversing the merger of the Departments of Agriculture and Consumer Protection, effective June 1, 2004; pursuant to P.A. 11-51, 'Commissioner of Public Safety' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Construction Services', effective July 1, 2011; pursuant to P.A. 13-247, 'Commissioner of Construction Services' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Administrative Services', effective July 1, 2013.
