The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall, on or before January 1, 1978, adopt regulations governing the storage and retrieval of prescription information for controlled substances, including refills, by pharmacists through the use of electronic data processing systems or other systems for the efficient storage and retrieval of information.(P.A. 77-277, S. 1; June 30 Sp.
