Any cannabis establishment licensee or any servant or agent of a licensee who sells or delivers cannabis or cannabis paraphernalia to any person under twenty-one years of age shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. For purposes of this section, 'paraphernalia' has the same meaning as provided in section 21a-420.(June Sp. Sess. P.A. 21-1, S. 105.)History: June Sp. Sess. P.A. 21-1 effective July 1, 2021.
