The annual appropriation for the promotion of agricultural interests shall be ten thousand dollars per county. These funds shall be distributed by the Agricultural Extension Service of The University of Connecticut.(1949 Rev., S. 3059.)See Sec. 2-33 re specific and recurring appropriations.
