Any person, including a parent or guardian, whether acting for himself or as agent for another, who employs or authorizes or permits to be employed any minor in violation of sections 22-13 to 22-16, inclusive, shall be fined, for a first violation, not more than fifty dollars and, for each subsequent violation, not more than one hundred dollars.(1949 Rev., S. 7378.)
