The Commissioner of Agriculture may, subject to any limitations otherwise imposed by law, receive and accept on behalf of the Department of Agriculture or any component agency thereof any funds which may be offered or which may become available from federal grants or appropriations, private gifts, donations or bequests, or any other source and may expend such funds for the purposes of such grants or appropriations, gifts, donations or bequests.(February, 1965, P.A. 41, S. 1; 1971, P.A. 872, S. 446, 448; June 30 Sp.
