The expenditure of such funds as may come to this state under the provisions of an Act of Congress, approved February 24, 1925, entitled 'An Act for the more complete endowment of Agricultural Experiment Stations, and for other purposes', which provisions were accepted by this state by an act approved June 18, 1925, shall be under the joint control of the Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut and the Board of Control of the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station.(1949 Rev., S. 3249.)
