The commissioner shall determine and publish annually the values per unit of nitrogen, available phosphate and soluble potash in fertilizers in this state, for purposes of determining the commercial value to be applied pursuant to sections 22-111a to 22-111j, inclusive, and 22-111l to 22-111x, inclusive. Such determined and published values shall be used by the commissioner in determining and assessing penalty payments pursuant to sections 22-111a to 22-111j, inclusive, and 22-111l to 22-111x, inclusive.(P.A. 09-229, S. 10.)History: P.A. 09-229 effective July 1, 2009.
