(a) Bulk fertilizers shall be stored in a manner that minimizes the release of such fertilizers and protects the environment.(b) Fertilizer use and application shall comply with best management practices and with regulations adopted by the commissioner pursuant to section 22-111j.(P.A. 09-229, S. 15.)History: P.A. 09-229 effective July 1, 2009.
