The Commissioner of Agriculture shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 establishing a schedule of fees sufficient to cover the reasonable cost of reviewing and acting upon an application for, and monitoring of compliance with, the terms and conditions of any approval, examination, license or permit concerning the production and marketing of milk and milk products.(P.A. 91-312, S. 2, 48; June 30 Sp.
