§ 22.139

(a) Each person, firm or corporation, or agent or employee thereof, engaged in the business of receiving or buying milk or cream on the basis of the percentage of butterfat contained therein as determined by any test approved by the Milk Regulation Board of samples taken in accordance with the regulations of the Milk Regulation Board, shall have the test or tests made only by a licensed tester, who shall be responsible for the same.(b) Each licensed tester shall post his license in plain view in the testing room in which he is employed.(c) The commissioner may suspend or revoke such license for failure to post it as required under this section.
