Any person aggrieved by any order made by said board may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of section 4-183.(1949 Rev., S. 3210; 1971, P.A. 179, S. 18; 870, S. 72; P.A. 74-183, S. 243, 291; P.A. 76-436, S. 210, 681; P.A. 77-603, S. 93, 125.)History: 1971 acts replaced provision which had required service of petition upon attorney general at least 12 days before next return day or upon judge 10 days before hearing date with provision requiring that appeals be returned between 12 and 30 days after service and, effective September 1, 1971, replaced superior court with court of common pleas, except that courts with cases pending retain jurisdiction unless pending matters deemed transferable; P.A. 74-183 added reference to judicial districts and required that petitions be taken to court rather than to board, effective December 31, 1974; P.A. 76-436 replaced court of common pleas with superior court, effective July 1, 1978; P.A. 77-603 deleted reference to appeals re rulings or regulations and replaced previous provisions detailing appeal procedure with statement that appeals shall be in accordance with Sec. 4-183.
