Connecticut Title 22 — Connecticut law

The Commissioner of Agriculture shall have the power to investigate and regulate all phases of the milk industry in this state, including the production, handling, transportation, manufacture, storage, distribution, purchase and sale of milk and milk products; provided nothing herein shall affect other statutes pertaining thereto except as herein specified.(1949 Rev., S. 3114, 3118; June, 1955, S. 1729d; February, 1965, P.A. 574, S. 30; 1971, P.A. 872, S. 446, 448; June 30 Sp.
