All boats, cars, crates, wagons, vans or other vehicles used in the transportation of live animals shall be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before such animals are placed in the same for shipment into this state. All boats, cars, crates, trucks, wagons, vans or other vehicles within or upon which animals have been shipped as 'reactors to the tuberculin or brucellosis test' or 'condemned for tuberculosis or brucellosis' shall be cleaned and disinfected before being used again for transportation of live animals.(1949 Rev., S. 3365; 1957, P.A. 107, S. 1.)
