No person shall use, sell, possess or give away hog cholera serum or vaccine in this state, and no hogs shall be imported into this state if hog cholera serum or vaccine has been administered to them. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be fined not less than five thousand dollars or more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both.(P.A. 77-443; P.A. 12-80, S. 127.)History: P.A. 12-80 decreased maximum term of imprisonment from 1 year to 6 months and made a technical change.
