Any person who violates any provision of sections 22-320a to 22-320f, inclusive, or any regulation established thereunder shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for a first offense and, for a second or subsequent offense, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars.(1959, P.A. 638, S. 8; 1961, P.A. 517, S. 123.)History: 1961 act made technical correction inserting 'or' in phrase 'second or subsequent offense'.
