Connecticut Title 22 — Connecticut law

Any person who refuses, hinders or otherwise interferes with access by the commissioner or his agent to any pen or building used in an intensive poultry operation shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both for each offense. Each violation shall be a separate and distinct offense and, in the case of a continuing violation, each day's continuance thereof shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense.(P.A. 84-309, S. 2.)
