If any person has been damaged in person or property by two or more dogs at the same time, kept by two or more persons, the owners or keepers of such dogs shall be jointly and severally liable for such damage.(1949 Rev., S. 3403; 1953, S. 1841d; 1963, P.A. 613, S. 27.)History: 1963 act substituted damage to 'any person ... in person or property' for damage to 'any animal or poultry'.
