Any person who imports fuels or causes fuels to be imported into this state for sale or produces or manufactures fuels within this state shall keep records of specifications of fuels delivered to Connecticut. Such records shall be available to the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection on demand. Any such person shall also submit an annual report, under oath, to the commissioner indicating that such fuel meets the industry standards established by the American Society for Testing and Materials.(P.A. 90-219, S. 9; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Commissioner of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
