Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 22a-6, 22a-6d, 22a-26g, 22a-26h, 22a-134e, 22a-135, 22a-148, 22a-150, 22a-174, 22a-208a, 22a-342, 22a-363c, 22a-372, 22a-379, 22a-409, 22a-430, 22a-449, 22a-454 to 22a-454c, inclusive, and 22a-361, for the period beginning July 1, 1990, and ending June 30, 1991, any fee to be charged to a municipality in accordance with said sections shall be the fee in effect on June 30, 1990.(P.A. 90-231, S. 26, 28; P.A. 96-145, S. 15; P.A. 04-151, S. 14.)History: P.A. 96-145 deleted a reference to repealed Sec. 22a-384 and included all fees under Sec. 22a-361 in the fund; P.A. 04-151 deleted reference to Sec. 22a-174a, effective May 21, 2004.
