There is established within the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection the Office of Business Ombudsman. Such office shall provide information to businesses on environmental programs and requirements, including information on permits, and shall coordinate and serve as a liaison between the department and programs affecting businesses.(P.A. 91-376, S. 6, 10; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Department of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Department of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
