Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, whenever the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection enters a consent order with a party concerning one or more parcels of land and such consent order requires, in whole or in part, the remediation of such land, the requirements and standards for such remediation shall not be modified by the department unless both the department and such party agree to such modification.(P.A. 11-80, S. 1; 11-162, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Department of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Department of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
