On or before the tenth day of each month, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall submit a report to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding and to the State Bond Commission which report shall provide information on any acquisition of land or interest in land completed in the previous month by the state, a municipality, water company or nonprofit organization using funds authorized for the open space and watershed land acquisition program established under section 7-131d and the recreation and natural heritage trust program established under sections 23-73 to 23-79, inclusive.(P.A. 98-157, S. 6, 15; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: P.A. 98-157 effective July 1, 1998; pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Commissioner of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
