The commissioner shall establish a toll-free telephone line to receive anonymous information from the public leading to the discovery of hazardous waste disposal sites. Any site identified from such information as a hazardous disposal site which poses a threat to the environment or public health shall be listed in the inventory prepared pursuant to section 22a-133c.(P.A. 87-561, S. 8, 13.)
