As used in sections 22a-601 to 22a-611, inclusive:(1) 'Commission' means the State Emergency Response Commission established by section 22a-601;(2) 'Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act' means the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, 42 USC 11001 et seq., as may be amended; and(3) 'Facility' means buildings and other structures and equipment and other stationary items located on a single site or contiguous or adjacent sites which are owned or operated by the same person or controlled by or under common control with such person.(P.A. 88-246, S. 4; P.A. 89-212, S. 1.)History: P.A. 89-212 redefined 'facility' and extended applicability of definitions to new Secs. 22a-605 to 22a-611, inclusive.
