The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall (1) provide technical and clerical assistance, within available appropriations, to the commission for its oversight and administrative activities, and (2) receive, process and manage chemical information and notifications made pursuant to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act.(P.A. 88-246, S. 6; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Commissioner of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
