On or before January 1, 1990, the owner or operator of each stationary air contaminant source emitting more than ten tons of any controlled substance yearly shall submit to the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection a plan to reduce by fifty per cent the emissions of controlled substances from such source by January 1, 1994.(P.A. 89-227, S. 8; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Commissioner of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
