Any person who violates any provision of section 22a-244, 22a-245 or 22a-245a shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, and for a second offense shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than two hundred dollars and for a third or subsequent offense shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars or more than five hundred dollars.(P.A. 81-311; Nov. 24 Sp.
