§ 22a-256dd

If the revenues generated by a directory publisher are included by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority in determining the rates which may be charged by a telephone company defined in section 16-1 for telephone service, all expenses incurred by such directory publisher under sections 22a-256y to 22a-256ee, inclusive, shall be allowed by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to be included in the expenses of such telephone company for the purpose of determining its rates.(P.A. 90-281, S. 6; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Department of Public Utility Control' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Public Utilities Regulatory Authority', effective July 1, 2011.
