§ 22a-256f

For purposes of sections 22a-256f to 22a-256i, inclusive:(1) 'Battery' means a lead acid battery or a motor vehicle battery;(2) 'Retailer' means a person who engages in the sale of batteries to a consumer;(3) 'Wholesaler' means a person who engages in the sale of batteries to a retailer in this state;(4) 'Place of business of a retailer' means the location at which a retailer sells or offers for sale batteries.(P.A. 90-248, S. 1.)
