Not later than October 1, 1995, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall prepare a model municipal aquifer protection ordinance, consistent with regulations adopted under section 22a-354i. The ordinance may be considered by municipal aquifer protection agencies in adopting regulations pursuant to section 22a-354p.(P.A. 89-305, S. 5, 32; P.A. 93-337, S. 1; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: P.A. 93-337 added a deadline of October 1, 1995, for adoption of a model ordinance; pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Commissioner of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
