Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, any general liability insurance policy issued for or applicable to an underground storage tank shall not be cancelled or denied renewal solely due to such policy's applicability to an underground storage tank. The provisions of this section shall apply to any such policy issued or eligible for renewal on or after June 7, 2018.(P.A. 18-118, S. 1.)History: P.A. 18-118 effective June 7, 2018.
