Each hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facility, as defined in regulations adopted by the commissioner pursuant to section 22a-449, shall pay a fee of four thousand dollars at the time it submits closure/postclosure plans to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.(P.A. 90-231, S. 17, 28; P.A. 91-369, S. 19, 36; June 30 Sp.
