Bonds and notes issued by an authority pursuant to sections 22a-500 to 22a-519, inclusive, shall not be subject to any statutory limitation on the indebtedness of any municipality, including without limitation any constituent municipality, and such bonds and notes when issued shall not be included for purposes of computing the aggregate indebtedness of any municipality, including without limitation any constituent municipality, with respect to and to the extent of any such statutory limitation.(P.A. 95-329, S. 22, 31.)History: P.A. 95-329, S. 22 effective July 13, 1995.
