Any power granted to a municipality by sections 22a-500 to 22a-519, inclusive, shall be in furtherance of its borrowing power and shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, any power granted to any municipality under the provisions of any special act or of any general statute.(P.A. 95-329, S. 25, 31.)History: P.A. 95-329, S. 25 effective July 13, 1995.
