§ 22a-518

(a) An authority shall have jurisdiction over all or such portions of the constituent municipalities as may be jointly agreed upon by such municipalities.(b) Any superior court located within a judicial district that includes any area within the jurisdiction of an authority shall have jurisdiction over any dispute involving an authority except actions commenced pursuant to subsection (b) of section 22a-506.(P.A. 95-329, S. 28, 31; P.A. 02-85, S. 1.)History: P.A. 95-329, S. 28 effective July 13, 1995; P.A. 02-85 amended Subsec.
