§ 23.19

There shall be within the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection a State Forester who shall be responsible to the commissioner for the performance of his duties and shall be accountable to the commissioner in all his official activities. The State Forester shall be a technically trained forester with not less than ten years' experience in professional forestry.
