The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall adopt regulations in accordance with chapter 54 which specify the terms and conditions of low-interest loans and grants to water companies and any additional requirements necessary to carry out the purposes of section 12-76.(P.A. 78-273, S. 4, 5; P.A. 95-250, S. 1; P.A. 96-211, S. 1, 5, 6.)History: P.A. 78-273 effective June 1, 1978, and applicable to the 1978 assessment list in any town; P.A. 95-250 and P.A. 96-211 replaced Commissioner and Department of Economic Development with Commissioner and Department of Economic and Community Development.
