§ 25.90

Assessments shall be due and payable at such time as may be fixed by the board, provided no assessment shall become due until the work, or particular portion thereof for which such assessment was levied, has been completed. The board shall give notice of the date when such assessments are due and payable by publication at least twice within a period of fifteen days in a newspaper having a circulation in the municipality, listing the streets and describing the area within which are located the properties against which assessments are due. Such notice shall state the date when such assessments are due and payable, which date shall be more than thirty and less than sixty days after the date of the first such publication.(1955, S. 2389d.)
