The commission may request and receive from any department, division, board, bureau, commission or other agency of the state of Connecticut or the state of Rhode Island, or any political subdivision thereof or any public authority such data as may be necessary to enable the commission to carry out its responsibilities under sections 25-160 to 25-164, inclusive.(P.A. 90-341, S. 4, 14.)
