On or before February first, annually, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall submit to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to the environment a report on the progress of the program established under section 26-107f, the purposes for which any funds allocated to said program were expended and the future of the program.(P.A. 86-370, S. 3, 6; P.A. 95-38, S. 3; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: P.A. 95-38 deleted requirement that report respond to recommendations by board established under former Sec. 26-107g; pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Commissioner of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
