Any nonresident who holds a license to fish in the state of New York may sport fish in that portion of Indian Pond located within the town of Sharon without a license to sport fish issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; but such nonresident shall be subject to all other provisions of the statutes of this state relating to fishing in lakes and ponds.(1949 Rev., S. 5013.)
