Any nonresident who holds a license to fish in the state of Rhode Island may sport fish in that portion of Beach Pond which is located in the town of Voluntown and of Killingly Pond which is located within the town of Killingly without a license to sport fish issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; but such nonresident shall be subject to all other provisions of the statutes of this state relating to fishing in lakes and ponds.(1949 Rev., S. 5014.)
